It never occured to me to color first and then tangle. One more idea stolen. :)

I have had fairly good luck with printing zendalas and tracing them on to sketch paper. Obviously you can't use paper that is TOO thick, but with some back light, it's pretty easy. Idea from Pinterest that I want to try: Put a string of white christmas lights inside a plastic box (Rubbermaid, etc.) with a clear lid. Plug in lights - instant light box. Would certainly make tracing easier.

Next weeks challenge sounds fun. I already have a favorite pattern in mind that has several variations.
Tamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16094928747500699123noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5296256244311296024.post-69145162995995149302013-11-28T10:16:29.751-06:002013-11-28T10:16:29.751-06:00Great exploration of colour. I like the auraknot and am going to try it today in the star as shown in the Bright Owl tutorial. Thanks. Great minds really do think alike as I was considering a future challenge of a monotangle. Thanks for the Challenge. It's going to be even more fun.
Thanks for linking up for Tangle Thursday.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04501259287565067209noreply@blogger.com
